- Chocolate brownie
- Mulled wine poached pears
- Tiramisu mess
Method
CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE TRUFFLES
- Melt chocolate 7 oz good quality chocolate
- Whip 3 ½ oz Anchor Food Professionals Cream Cheese and 4/5 oz icing sugar and mix in melted chocolate
- Allow to chill and roll into small balls and coat with icing sugar or cocoa powder
